How “RAB” regulation will affect Ukrainians

Recently, the theme of RAB-tariffs and RAB-regulation of the electric power industry has become very popular, there are positions “for” and “against”. We decided to sort it out.

RAB – is a new stimulating tariff for electricity transmission based on the Regulatory Asset Base (RAB), which is proposed for implementation in Ukraine.
