Administration

On September 26th, the Hungarian Foreign Minister made an announcement that after the adoption of the new law on education, his country would block further Ukraine’s rapprochement with EU. The politicians of Romania, Poland, Greece, Bulgaria and even Moldova have also expressed themselves less sharply, but still with an impressive degree of irritation. This unpleasant situation can give several lessons for Ukraine.
