Russian conspiracy theorists of military affairs have started talking about the fact that the Center in Ochakov creates an immediate danger for the Black Sea Fleet in the Crimea, and, consequently, Ukraine intentionally provokes the Russian Federation.

“But considering the state of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, everything is dangerous for it, including the seagulls flying by, – says ironically Igar Tyshkevich, an analyst at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, – “remember how “Admiral Kuznetsov” sailed the Mediterranean Sea, and how all prayed that this trough would not drown, that’s why any infrastructure object is dangerous for the Russian fleet. Russia needs to be afraid of somebody, Russia needs to aggravate the situation, therefore the issue here is more political than the security one. “
