How can we prepare young people for the future that will be in 3-5-10 years? Quality analytics should help in this. Of course, it should be analytics that allows you to see the situation on a global scale. Exploring the topic of soft, or personally-oriented skills, I processed the reports of such organizations as The World Economic Forum in Davos, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the European Commission, the Club of Rome, the Institute for the Future (IFTF), and others. The latter identified six main drivers or node combinations of changes basing on the foresight method:

The extraordinary increase in life expectancy (in original – extreme longevity). As a result of it there are significant changes in the nature of career building and learning.

The creation of smart machines and systems

This leads to redefining the idea of the work. IFTF analysts have noticed that now it is time for the partnership between people and intelligent machines, which will be built on the strengths of both sides.

Computerized world. The massive increase in computing power and sensors is progressively making the world a programmable system.
