HYPERLOOP AND EUROPEAN GAUGE: WHY THEY ARE NOT PROFITABLE FOR UKRAINE

This year there are serious discussions at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine about the introduction of such projects as Hyperloop and Evrokoliya in Ukraine.

In theory, these two systems can exist simultaneously. For example, Hyperloop can be used for passenger traffic between airports and cities, that is, for short distances (up to 40 km), and the European gauge can serve for cargo transportation. However, taking into account the necessary amount of investment, it is frivolous to talk about the implementation of these two projects simultaneously.
