However, among other things, the reserve forces must be affordable for the country, since the funds for the maintenance of a large reserve can end long before it might be used. The General Headquarters has developed a concept that will require serious support of the society, but it has not been discussed previously within the society. This is not the best way to succeed in such a politically engaged issue like this.
