Ukraine will return the Crimea and Donbass only under one condition – political expert Tyshkevich on the Kremlin’s plan and military threat from Belarus

The ups and downs in the domestic political process under conditions of the conflict in Donbass and amid a power struggle are becoming more and more complicated and difficult to understand for Ukrainians themselves. “Apostrof” asked a Belarusian citizen, an analyst of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, IGAR TYSHKEVICH, to sort out the situation in Ukrainian politics.
