This is the third report made by the Ukrainian Institute for the Future dedicated to the study on smuggling. This is part of a large two-year project wherein we set ourselves the task of studying the economy of this phenomenon, its impact on the social and political sphere of Ukrainian society, and the specifics of schemes for transporting goods across the border.
