Old challenges for the renewed Constitutional Court

Is it because of evil rock, or because of other everyday reasons, the decisions are not taken, the chief is not elected, the new judges are not appointed. In July this year, a new Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine” was adopted, which caused ambiguous reaction of both politicians and experts. In addition to the expected institutional renewal and changes in the philosophy of the court, the single organ of the constitutional jurisdiction of our state faces many challenges and threats, from overcoming of which depends the further possibility of the development of the Ukrainian state of law and the rule of the Constitution.
