While domestic diplomats are working, Putin is trying to form a political self-identity in ORDLO.

Ukraine agreed with international partners its position on the UN peacekeeping mission in the east, however, now there are negotiations with Russia, which is trying in every possible way to promote its version of peacekeepers. Igar Tyshkevich, expert of the program of international and domestic policy of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, told in the air of the “Information Day” on Channel 5 about what to expect from Russian leader Volodymyr Putin.
