In Astana, there was created a court headed by the British lord Harry Woolf and his team. The goal is to attract investments. So, why doesn’t Ukraine resort to such practices?

Tetyana Yushchenko, Expert of the Program of Reforming the Law Enforcement and Judicial Systems of the think tank Ukrainian Institute for the Future, convinces that the Constitution of our state, unlike Kazakhstan, clearly defines the requirements that a person, who strives to work as a judge, must meet, and having a Ukrainian citizenship is one of them.
