On 21 March, the first meeting of the newly elected parliament was held. There the parties formed their factions and elected their leaders. But not everyone managed to do this – ACUM did not create its faction yet and they are still thinking whether they should create one or two factions. They will report their decisions within 10 days. And the Democratic Party elected Prime Minister Pavel Filip as the Chairman of the faction, despite the fact that the party leader Vladimir Plahotniuc entered the Parliament.
