THE ROMANIAN OPPOSITION PARTY MIGHT WIN IN THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT ELECTIONS IN MAY

The National Liberal Party (PNL) for the second month in a row leads the main ruling Social Democratic Party (PSD) by 4 %. This is evidenced by the ratings of sociological surveys on elections to the European Parliament. PNL can potentially get 25.6 % of the votes, PSD – 21.7 %. As for other parties, the Alliance of opposition parties, the Save Romania Union (USR) – PLUS can be supported by 16.4 % of voters, the newer coalition party Alliance of Liberals and Democrats – 12.2 %, the Pro Romania of former Prime Minister Victor Ponta – 11.7 %.
