Denys Monastyrskyy, expert of the Program for Reforming the Law Enforcement and Judicial Systems of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, presented the concept of the law on the protection of witnesses in criminal proceedings, the so-called “Law of Amina Okuyeva.”
The presentation of this concept took place in the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center on Wednesday, December 20.
