The tragedy occurred in the capital on the territory of the fast food restaurant McDonald’s. In the video posted on the network, the Main Police Department in Kyiv shows that the tall athletic man made a remark to the man who smoked on the terrace of the establishment, in response he heard the abuse, so he struck the stranger and quietly left without looking back.
