“Technically, today EIT in its form of testing, which is also used for the SFC, and which is the basis for admission to the university, in this form has exhausted its reserve capacity, because it begins to contradict the competence-based approach, – said Mykola Skyba, the expert on education of analytical center Ukrainian Institute for the Future. – Secondly, it does not stimulate students to develop thinking, the ability to solve real problems – it simply directs to banal memorization, without regard to how these facts are used in life, are they needed at all or not.”
