On the eve of the election, Radio Svoboda spoke with the Executive Director of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future (UIF) Victor Andrusiv. In July 2015-February 2016 Andrusiv served as Deputy Chairman of the Donetsk civil-military administration on humanitarian affairs. He participated in the evolvement of public organizations and projects, participated in the development of draft laws “On access to public information” and “On civil associations”.
