Along the lines of the well-known expression, an oligarch in Ukraine is more than just oligarch. This word is veiled with a seductive mist of the mystery of omnipotence, at the same time it has very noticeable criminal undertones. One can hear both in public transport and at respected scientific conferences that the oligarchs are to blame for everything. It would seem that attention to this phenomenon, which largely determines the state of affairs in the country, would have to lead to careful research and the emergence of many studies with varying degrees of immersion into the essence of the problem. Unfortunately, there is still a shortage of multi-faceted works on this subject, and the report of the UIF it is very relevant and well-timed.
