Russia will strongly hinder the Ukrainian authorities and residents of the occupied Crimea and will not give an opportunity to prove the fact of a large-scale ecological disaster on the North of the peninsula, in particular in Armyansk and Yany Kapu (former Krasnoperekopsk).
