Information about the postponement of the date of the Ukrainian presidential elections is unconvincing because the current head of state Petro Poroshenko will not dare to take such a step, said the co-founder of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, political strategist Taras Berezovets.
The expert stated that “it is difficult to comment on information that is not confirmed by other sources”. So far, this does not look as a convincing version for many reasons. President Poroshenko will not dare to postpone the elections, because this will not receive the encouragement of the European Union, the United States and other Western partners. And nowadays Ukraine is extremely dependent on their position because of support given by them in political, military, security spheres,” Berezovets said.
