107 DAYS OF BATTLE OF R. TRUBA FOR POSITIONS IN THE SBI

I have read that brilliant half-page letter of the head of the State Bureau of Investigations Roman Truba regarding conducting a new competition for 27 positions, though the winners were already elected a long time ago.

You can read the letter here:

dbr.gov.ua/sites/default/files/2018-11/Лист%20ЗКК%2002.11.18%20новий%20конкурс.pdf

First, I want to note that the Competitive commission has not received a letter from the head of the SBI. And, unfortunately, PR campaigns has become habitual for Head of SBI rather than making any legal decisions.

Secondly, what is the official position of the future fighter with top crime, crimes of law enforcement officers and the military? The arguments of the letter written by Roman Truba are reduced to these words: “taking into account the available vacant positions of Heads of regional offices, heads of divisions of Central office and employees of internal control units of State Bureau of Investigations, I am asking the Competitive commission to conduct a new competitive selection…”.

In other words, the Competitive commission needs to announce a competition, because the positions are vacant! And there is not a word about the already held competition and about the winners of this competition!
