The West and the United States of America impose sanctions against Russia, while leaving the way for retreat – the Minsk agreements.

This was stated by Yuriy Romanenko, the Director of Political Programs of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, in the “Situation” program with Taras Berezovets on “Pryamyy”.
