The case of Sergii Skrypal, presidential elections, garbage protest, fire in Kemerovo and “Slutskyi-Gate”. And if literally a few weeks ago it seemed that the reserve of the regime’s strength in its ability to get out without consequences is inexhaustible, then last week marked its limits.
