Various countries have the experience of return of energy assets into the state ownership.
The government is preparing for a large privatization, in particular, of energy facilities. Is the privatization of energy actually necessary? Are the established domestic approaches to changing the ownership right of such assets correct and appropriate? When and why do disputes arise because of the opacity and ineffectiveness of the management and functioning of the sold energy facilities?
