Pre-election media wars do not cease in Poland. Last week, the oppositional liberal democratic media, anchored by the largest Polish newspaper “Gazeta Wyborcza”, continued to derail the current political regime: the pages of newspapers and magazine are full of details and comments on the new corruption scandal associated with the name of Jarosław Kaczyński.
And at exactly the same time, while with a helping hand from “Gazeta Wyborcza” the Sejm has a heated debate on wages of officials of the National Bank of Poland, the same newspaper returns corruption scandal with the Polish Financial Oversight Commission to the media field.
