Since the draft law introduces into the legal field the concept of non-formal and informal education and also creates conditions for adult education, so potentially its norms affect every citizen of Ukraine.
Each reform, which involves changing of the established rules of the game in its sphere, inevitably affects not only pro-pragmatic interests, but values and emotions; speaking about education it refers to personal boundaries, markers and trajectories.
As befits a human, the representatives of target audiences of the educational field and law, which change it, have everything interwoven nonlinearly and sometimes there are created bizarre combinations. Let’s try to solve this tangle and to make it clear.
