The govemets’ legislation initiative: stack with innovation

The governments’ draft of law about the support of innovation might run to the opposite result in practice. However, it initiative base on the top-down approach and designed in old-fashion industrial logic which don’t meet up the challenges of the cotemporary world. The experts of UIF propose other approach: from the middle –– top – and down base on the logic of feed up the ecosystem of innovation.
