On February 14-15, Ministry of Education and Research will host an international conference in Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn to be opened by Prime Minister Jüri Ratas. The list of participants includes Ministers of Education from three countries and educational changes experts across the globe. Ministers of Education of three countries and experts from and Boston University meet to discuss PISA test results.
