Anatoliy Amelin: “Ukrspyrt has always been and remains a feeder for government”

“Ukrspyrt” exists almost as long as the independence of Ukraine, and every year we hear about scandals and improper benefits. We all know that there is “unaccounted grain”, “unaccounted alcohol”, etc. How many people were put in jail? “Ukrspyrt” has always been and remains a feeder for those who now rule the country. I do not call names, because, looking at the vertical of power, people can draw conclusions by themselves.
