The Central Election Commission certified the official results of the parliamentary elections, but this did not add to the clarity of understanding how the next government would be formed.
The EU delegation in Moldova officially spoke about the elections. Europeans noted that there were violations during the elections, but fundamental rights were respected. This is a very positive statement for Moldova, as it paves the way for the resumption of cooperation, which has been partially frozen since November last year. In turn, the U.S. Department of State called on Moldovan politicians to form a new government as soon as possible, and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed hope for the active development of relations after the elections.
