He has more than twenty years of military service and work in the diplomatic and law enforcement areas. He obtained two degrees and speaks three foreign languages. He passed Ph.D. defense of his thesis on the Transnistrian settlement.

During the last 3 years of work in Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine (PGU), he was dealing with the issues related to international legal cooperation. What is meant here is special confiscation of 1.5 billion USD to the budget in 2017, successful cooperation with the United States (which resulted in the return of about 700 thousand USD to Ukraine, coming to the final phase in the process of the return of the Lazarenkoʼs money), the extradition of “world`s king of swindlers” Gilber Sikli to France, transferring to Italian law enforcement authorities of the Silvio Berlusconi’s “right hand”, the series of international operations for combating drug trafficking and cybercrime.

He considers the establishment of trust on the part of international partners to be one of the main achievements during his service in the PGU.

For almost 4 years he was the Deputy Ambassador of Ukraine to Italy, where he actively opposed Russian propaganda in the conditions of aggression in the Crimea and Donbas, coordinated the efforts of the large Ukrainian community in Italy.

He has experience in working on operational positions in the SBU and the Foreign Intelligence Service.

By decrees of the President of Ukraine, he was awarded the Order for Courage of the Third Class and the Order of Merit.
