Vladimir Shulmeister

The head of the program “Infrastructure of the future” in the analytical center “Ukrainian Institute for the Future” (UIF).

Mr. Shulmeister used to be a first undersecretary of Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and still is a Ukrainian top manager and political figure.

Vladimir Shulmeister had studied at Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, specialty “mechanical engineer”. He had also studied at Delft University of Technology (Netherlands) (during 1993-97), where he had got a PhD. He defended his thesis on “Modeling of mechanical properties cellular materials of low density”.

Mr. Shulmeister is a co-author of a patent for the invention “wind engine”.
