This is how was commented to Gazeta.ua the agreement on cooperation between Ukrzaliznytsya and the US Company General Electric Transportation by Volodymyr Shulmeyster, the Director of the Infrastructure program of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future and former Deputy Minister of Transport.
