We are approaching a multipolar model of the world. The US is losing its position of a global hegemon. China, Russia and other countries become new regional players. What is Ukraine’s place on the new world map and does it have a chance to become a regional leader?
When we say “Ukraine”, we must understand that decisions are made by certain people. Unfortunately, many people who are now “at the helm” steer more to Europe or America, completely forgetting about other potential partners.
