Anatoliy Amelin believes that the adoption of a law on the tax on withdrawn capital will attract foreign investors to Ukraine in future.

"The tax on withdrawn capital puts all companies on equal terms, eliminates the need to optimize taxes and increases Ukraine in the ranking of interests of foreign investors," Amelin said.

Olena Makieieva believes that the tax on withdrawn capital discredits foreign companies operating in Ukraine.

"Many representatives of transnational companies consider the tax on withdrawn capital to be discriminatory, and I agree with this statement," Makieieva said.
